I take what exists and position it for significantly more. More influence, more return, more impact. For the founders and leaders willing to back creative brand thinking with real commitment.
I have deep experience working at the intersection of brand strategy and business growth: inside global firms, embedded consulting with founders, and as the founding marketing leader at a specialist tech M&A advisory firm.
What I do well is hold the creative, strategic and commercial together. At CTO Labs, the brand holds AI search citations on par with big 4 consulting firms. At Unisys, I turned a research survey into the PRIA Award-winning Unisys Security Index. At PwC, my work delivered a $10m bottom-line result. As a fractional CMO, I raised brand awareness, visitation and turnover for businesses in food, wine and lifestyle.
I work best in organisations of 20 to 200 people, where marketing leadership sits close to the decision-making and the work is agile and with real consequences. I stay close to the thinking, close to the founders, and close to what drives growth, then build the brand and capability around it.
